Both branded and stock orders start at 5,000 units. Below that, our production line isn't economical — for smaller runs ask us about our shared print pool program.
Standard (unprinted) boxes ship from stock within 3–5 business days. Branded boxes take 45 business days for the first run (die plus proof approval included). Subsequent runs roll into a recurring weekly schedule with no delays.
We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) at 300 DPI in CMYK color mode. No designer? Our in-house studio builds artwork from scratch for an additional fee.
Yes — as long as each size meets the 5,000-unit minimum, you can combine 10", 12", 14", and 16" boxes in the same order. Your rep will confirm the size mix after the order is placed.
Yes — give us at least 2 business days' notice before a scheduled drop. Increases above 30% may add a one-week buffer due to production scheduling.
First-time orders: 50% upfront, balance due before production. Established customers qualify for Net 30 / Net 60 / Net 90 trade terms. Credit cards are accepted with up to 12-month financing options.
